I am sorry that you are having heightened anxiety at this time. Have you experienced this before? What if anything was helpful at that time to turn things around for you?
We have some great Resources on our main page here (1st post) that you may want to take a look at. You may find some new coping techniques to add to your 'toolbelt'...or if you have never tried to manage anxiety in this way, you may want to give some of the ideas a try. There are links to videos that teach breathing and relaxation exercises that are especially helpful if practiced daily.:)
