Ohh goodness your post hits home with me today! I have the same exact feeling as I type this... I feel almost weak like I can't breathe and as if my heart is just going to stop at any minute. Its not racing, it almost feels as if its beating slow. As far as I can remember I have worried about
my heart not working properly and so I have checked my pulse. (Sadly its actually something that I get teased about
to this day by my older sister :( ) But know that you will be okay. Like posted above, others have had this and other symptoms and are still around to tell us about
it! :)
CBT therapy is very helpful so I highly recommend sticking it out and waiting for those results. I understand the fear of never getting better... but with hard work and dedication to not let this anxiety win you will come out on top!!! I felt as if I would never have an anxiety free day again but I have :) Anxiety can come in waves... you just have to ride the ride and know it will not last forever!
