I am sorry to hear of your relationship trouble at the moment. For me, interpersonal issues are a big trigger for anxiety as well.
Anger, can also feed anxiety, so doing your best to lessen those feelings will help you a lot.
Some ways of decompressing and reducing stress are...breathing and relaxation exercises. You mentioned using this method last night...which is great! We have some good links to videos in our Resource Guide (main page, 1st post) for more ideas on this great coping method.
Exercise, meditation and pursuing personal interests (hobbies) are good as well for anger management and anxiety.
If you have not already, and it is possible, therapy is also an excellent treatment to consider.
Joining a community for support is of course essential as well...and you have done that! Great job.;)
