I looked one example up...if you don't like this particular one...you can go to the many other links until you find one that suits you.:)
Perhaps if you practice the deep breathing with this music video for awhile, then you can just play the music and it will bring about a calming free breathing effect without focusing on the exercises themselves anymore? Worth a try.:)
