I know how it feels to tell yourself that is is just a panic attack...and have yourself say back 'Yeah right!'
Will it help to have someone else tell you that it is panic? I certainly have felt all of these symptoms before...but it always tend to feel like the worst one...or the first time, right?
Give yourself some time to come down from the stressful last couple of days...it will happen, and you will feel calmer soon.
