Hello, I am really struggling.
I have sereve anxiety and I literally cant cope.
I over think everything, I have low self esteem, I need other people to make me feel good, If other people are off with me I think its my fault instead of thinkning they have the problem, I also assume the worst situation,
I need some stratergies, to help me relax and not how not to care, I need to get a grip and learn how to not rely on other people, I need to get the power back and become more in control of what I feel, why and how I feel. So please if anyone knows anything to help me get through my day... please do help
