Hello to every one that I have not met on here before there are a lot of new faces since I was last on the forum which is great to see. It has also been good to read through some of the posts and see the great responses and support which has been given to each other is very encouraging.

Keep up the fight everyone and beat that anxiety to the ground it will return and we all have setbacks but by coming here and re grouping and being united the fight will continue with us all on the winning team.

Acceptance is important if you want to move forwards so the best way to beat it is by rolling with it and letting it know who's the boss. Live each day as it comes and stay in the moment, This is a good forum so do keep posting and also reaching out and offering support to others.

I have had a big setback and the last few months have been tough but I have taken strength from what I have read here today so thank you.
