Hey i know how you feel i was the exact same way a week ago, i was so anxious and agitated i almost took myself to the emergancy room, i was shaking so bad i could hardly walk but at the same time i couldn't sit still. It took me a long time to calm down it helped me to have people around me as a distraction and also a reassurance, i felt like i was gonna choke or pass out or something, i really wish there was a quick fix for us when we feel this way, maybe try a cup of tea and some sort of distraction, put your favourite tv show on or call your best friend.
