Anxiety Freak,
Try not to be too hard on yourself. Everyone has odd thoughts at some point. I have had those same thoughts myself... its what we choose to do with those thoughts that can make us anxious! Dwelling on them and questioning them makes me anxious too!
For me, its something that I have no control of so I think thats what makes me anxious. Its the "unknown." I have also been so hyped up with anxiety for a good month or better and one night I just felt out of control and like I "crashed." I have no idea what it was... I was scared but was able to use my coping techniques and work my way through it. Really practice your relaxation techniques at this time, use positive self talk. Tell yourself "I am okay, this is just anxiety and it will NOT hurt me". repeat, repeat and repeat. It helps!
I hope you start to feel better soon. Nor sure of your beliefs but if you believe in God, ask him for help and hand this over to him. The power of prayer is amazing!! Best wishes.
