They showed me mine in an x-ray, it actually comes up heart high in some people, I actually do have
heart disease and I know what I am saying, the kind of pains we have with anxiety and panic are not
even close to a heart attack. "what is the first thing we do when we think someone is going to run into
us, we hold our breath", this is one of the major problems with anxiety and panic, we tend to shallow
breath, this is why Scardy Cat keeps telling people to practice the divided breath, it does several things
it make's us concentrate on the (now) of what we are doing, it helps to (re-oxygenate) our blood and has a
calming effect. It also (distracts) us from the what if's and maybe's, It works that's all that matters when
the monster attacks. "Bless You"
