When I go to sleep I have been woken up with what feels like a drop feeling or like my heart stops for a sec and my body get jolted or strange feeling all over only last few sec but scares me I have at 2 EKG one in feb and one in march and everything was fine I'm on a very low dose Bp med bc anxiety is so bad so I thought it was my Bp when it wake me up my body feels weird anyone else have this

I have the drop feeling too and even sometimes my leg will swing around and inadvertently boot my wife. I have also been smacked a few times by my wife when she does it. Seems pretty common to my personal experience.
