Hey everyone! I was just lying here and figured I'd post a little update. I have been feeling super anxious for the last few days, and picking apart my body again. I have been on a diet and trying to turn around my body LOL. I always have upset stomachs and all that blah stuff and I'm really starting to think I have IBS, or my anxiety just causes all sorts of stomach issues but other than that, i feel pretty good!
I have been keeping track of my heart rate and remember when it was ALWAYS over 100? If you remember or haven't read my posts it always was and I was constantly checking. I have gotten over the whole heart fear! My heart rate was just 55 and I was almost worried it was to LOW haha! It's a never ending worry but I definitely feel alot more at ease. It's been sticking around 60-70 and I feel much more relaxed not constantly worrying about heart disease, heart attacks, and all that jazz, really shows that it truly was anxiety and I just need to stop all my worrying so much.
Thank you always to the ones who take the time to read!! Just figured I'd share my feelings and let some of those without hope know its gonna be okay, just keep focused on other things! :)
