I would suggest doing a thought/mood CBT worksheet to work through your feeling about
a particular situation before bringing it up with your boyfriend.
As you go through the steps, you may find that you discover that your thoughts and feelings are irrational, or conversely, validated...then you will know whether to keep quiet or speak up!
