Sleeping Pills and Depression...

I was taking generic Ambien and besides having those side effects I had a constant headache. I quit taking it and am waiting for insurance to approve Lunestra. I researched online about it and a lot of people have side effects with Ambien.

NurseLisa thank you for sharing your personal experience with
me. It's hard to discern between feeling low cause of life's issues
and taking new meds that are exacerbating my mood. I'm not
prone to imagining things so I think the Ambien is making my
bad moods worse. Like I said , this heavy, hopeless feeling isn't
like me.

I wander if these feelings dissipate after some period, has any one
found that? To restate this, has anyone else taken Ambien , initially felt more depressed ( if you were ) and found that
it went away after a pretty short time?

Scaredy Cat, I understand that you juggle many things, but I
so appreciate your advice, so when you have a chance, if you
can find the time to answer my last email it would mean alot
