Being Proactive with anxiety, stress....

Hello,

I was on paying my cell phone bill, thinking to myself how totally
stressed I am.

Speaking for myself, I think my anxiety, besides sucking the life out of me, draining me, lends towards apathy, which means before I
know it everything is piling up on me, bills, career(or lack there of),
- it's simply easier to avoid that pushing through and moving forward.

You see when everything is a big deal it can be hard to deal with daily issues, which I know are not hard but in my perfectionist ,
overly serious mind can be, much less learn , move on and progress
to where you want to go.

I'm sure some of you can relate. This in short, is how I have lived
my life.

And this very much has to do with anxiety, because not only do you
not evolve, but things get more complicated, and as bills pile up,
worries grow, the stress increases and so does your anxiety.

And as times go by this will get only worse, unless you take action.
