Yes, I do. Until I read your post, I had never considered that it might be an anxiety symptom. (I'm still accepting all this, haha) It makes sense, though, I would think. Our faces do that when we're really embarrassed, etc. so I could see how anxiety causes it.
It happens rather frequently. Some people think my face just "is red" but it isn't always. When I put on makeup, I use concealer on my entire cheeks before putting on foundation - you can still see it through that, but not so much.
No trick for the burning/heat sensation though.
