So scared

I am literally having the worst night of my life. I have been having an upset stomach (lower stomach) and all this stuff. I have been having lower pack pain for a while, nauseous, having to urinate quickly, diarrhea and all this stuff which my aunt has when she had ovarian cancer. I am so scared I have pcos so I know the risk is higher but I don't know what to do!!! I'm freaking out. I hate when this happens. The back pain comes when I lay down or sit and it pulsates a dull ache and then goes away, but now of course it's constant. I get the stomach ache when I sit down. I am feeling sick to my stomach because of this. I wish google didn't exist I am so nervous.

Breathe, breathe. I just feel like I can't escape anything. If its not the lump I'm worried about, it's my heart, if its not that, it's now this. I feel helpless and going insane. Hope you are all feeling okay, thank you so much for listening to my thoughts and vents!

I can relate. I'm actually waiting to be tested for OC, following a doctor's recommendation.

Larry here helped me calm down and quit dwelling on it. I've noticed that the less I think about it, the less I seem to notice the symptoms. :) If you can, schedule an appointment to get checked out and then try to let it go until the appointment, if at all possible. If you've already been checked out recently, try to take a deep breath.

The frequent urination could be from anxiety, so could the nausea. The back pain could be, too - your muscles may be tired from tensing up. As for the diarrhea, anything could be causing that.

If it makes you feel any better, I read the other day that most women don't feel any symptoms before they're diagnosed, so it's probably unlikely that is where your pain is coming from.

You're a young lady with many days ahead of you. Try to use your coping skills, you're going to be okay.
