Here's an idea -
Pack yourself a little bag of the things you would need if you really do have stomach problems. A coupla sports drinks, some crackers, whatever OTC meds you might need - like Pepto or Immodium. Then, try to tell yourself that is handled. Most stomach bugs only last 12-24 hours anyway and that's not worth missing your vacation.
Even if you are sick, you'll probably be well before Friday anyway.
Try and make yourself pack. If you're a girl, paint those toes and get them beach ready. Like Larry said, you're going to the beach! Seize the day! :)
