Why with anxiety&panic attack come the thought of death&then extra fear steps in. Everybody I know that has anxiety has this problem too how do one fix it other then prayer/praying it away.

I have this as well. I believe a lot of people with Anxiety have these thoughts or thoughts similar. When I get these thoughts I Tell myself that the thoughts are not true that I know I am healthy and I will be okay. Recently someone posted the 21 second rule. Where if anything is to happen it will happen within 21 seconds. And u start at 21 and count backwards VERY long and drawn out. Most of the time I never make it to zero because I end up falling asleep.
I hope that helps! I also started a thread about
what to do when having an anxiety/panic attack. If u can look for it. Many people posted what they do to get through an attack. LOTS of good ideas there as well

I know that in my case I have several Prayers its the only thing that works for me other than knocking
myself out with xanax. I do prefer the Prayers and sometimes half a xanax.
The fear of death is the driving force behind the fight or flight response, why or how it gets so much
power over us is beyond me but its the worse thing I have ever endured. Read the posts of the others
some of them are really on top of this condition. All I can add is keep Praying, all this will pass mine are just
a minor aggravation now, they use to be devastating. Peace.
