OI don't like this feeln of hang over when it's clear I don't drink&I only take half a 10mg pill which makes it 5mg. And I know it's the Buspirone and the Doctor wants to just put me on a reg 5mg without breaking it,thinking because the coating is different. I don't like this I kinda wonder could it be because I missed the celexa yesterday morning, should I try to take one more time with celexa even when I have before still a hang over need more sleep for energy kind of morning it kinda helps my anxiety. But this feeln fogy with a hang over don't help kinda scary pushing me one step closer,to natural pills from health food store so trying to pick whats best& better for me.

Just consult your doctor please before making any changes!
You don't want to exacerbate your symptoms with withdrawl issues.
I wish you the best with following your doctor's advice in whatever decision you make!

SC is correct as she always is...................check with your Dr. Missing doses of you meds can cause withdrawal sx quickly depending on the 1/2 life of your drug.
Be well,

Because the health food industry is not regulated like medicine there can be more or less than the label
says, please check with your doctor because he/she may have experience with some brands that self regulate and have higher ethics. Good Luck!

Please remember that "natural" doesn't necessarily mean "safe."
Anything that can change how you feel for the better can also cause you to feel worse. Like Larry said, the health food industry is not regulated by the FDA.
Natural supplements are a better fit for some people, but like the others said, medical advice concerning this decision is probably a necessity.
If you do begin taking supplements, make sure your doctors are aware of it. They can interact with other drugs, thin your blood, etc. just like any other medicine.
Good luck in your search! :)

Oh, also - when I was on a higher dosage of Celexa (for depression), ONE missed dose would give me a hangover feeling - the headache, thick tongued, I wanna-lay-in-bed-blahs.
As far as the buspirone, there are LOTS of available meds for breakthrough anxiety. Just be firm about
it, if you don't want to take buspirone anymore. No med is right for everyone.
