Hi Preet,
The sneaky thing about anxiety is that it often strikes when we are feeling completely relaxed.
This is because anxiety is a result of accumulated stressors...not necessarily how or what we are feeling at that very moment.
We are so good at compartmentalizing, or pushing aside our stress...however, as we find out, it will manifest itself at some point...often when we least expect it!
Managing the stressors in life with coping mechanisms such as the ones found in our Resources, will help to keep your anxiety and symptoms under control.
Also, as Evelyn mentioned...gastro problems such as acid reflux/GERD ect., are common with anxiety. A consult with your doctor may be in order so that you can get relief if this continues to bother you.:)
