Last Name Change

Been on a few forums that talk about my problems&I have saw a few talk about a name change for me,One time I said hmmmm&a few more I said must be a sign of a new start. And I have got to a point of no return&many years Ive push my problems under the rug,now it's time I do some hard cleaning&what better way to start with a name change. Iam SoulNHealing once was soulnpain and yes even whwn I still have pain,Iam speaking bold after pain comes healing&Iam in need of that big time,Ive read a few formus tonight& I have to say I hate we have to go through Anxiety and panic&that fear that come with anxiety. Doom our minds can be our worse enemy at times,many if not all fear doom/are have overcame the fear of doom/are just go through by their self thinking there fear makes them crazy&trutg is it don't when others are scared of the truth we with courage stand up to the trutg&say yes I have a problem and I want to fix it. You all are so strong&we can do what it takes to overcome this anxiety&panic/fears
