Hi All

I have not been able to get onto the forum as much lately due to my personal situation at the moment and I have had a bit of a break from moderating but have been really pleased to see the support that has been given amongst you guys it is great to see.

The Healingwell Anxiety/Panic forum is a great place to come and speak with others who can relate to what you are going through and get advice and support from others but it is also good to reach out to others and offer support. That is what has been happening and it is a joy to see together we can beat this anxiety.

You guys rock

Thanks to you, Hibee and everyone else here.

I can absolutely promise, in all reality, the people here are the only reason I didn't tell my therapist I wanted her to call my husband and have me committed yesterday.
