Hey Kourtnie, I too was having vision problems a few months ago. It was making me panic really bad and giving me horrible headaches. I learned this in therapy and it's helping me through some of the problems. Keep a journal, everytime you are having a symptom, like your vision, and you KNOW you're going to have a panic attack about it right in there, the problem, what you're feeling, what you're thinking, and what you can think to get through it. Example for me, My vision isn't normal right now, I'm feeling scared and anxious, I'm thinking, why is this happening to me? What is wrong, it has to be something more serious, I can't get through this, I don't understand. To get me through it, I've been to the doctor, I KNOW this is my anxiety, I can get through it, I've been through this before and I'm going to be ok.
You would be surprised at how much that helps me and I really hope and pray it helps for you too. Sleep is a big thing too. Try to rest as much as possible, and even tell yourself "I'm not rested well and I will feel so much better when I get some good sleep, My body is just exhausted." Please keep me informed if anything helps you. I'm really sorry you're going through this. It's extremely scary, and not to mention costly for how often we make doctors visits.
