If you're prone to panicking about heart attack, please don't read this one. Pretty please? Okay? Thank you! :)

Sorry, this one is really pouty. Also, sorry because I'm probably not going to respond to anyone else's threads for a little while because I'm having this big, huge, really crappy panic attack at the moment and I don't want to derail anyone by saying something stupid.
So.... I had gotten used to trying to talk myself through my physical symptoms that I thought were panic attacks. "It's just a panic attack, it'll be over soon enough..."
Today in therapy, I was telling my counselor about my attack Friday and talking about all of the bruises I have from falling and stuff. (Seriously, they're pretty gnarly.) And she says.................. "I think you need to ask your doctor for a more thorough physical examination. Some of this doesn't sound like a panic attack..."
Well, POO! (I've mostly only had bloodwork, no EKGs, etc.)
Now, I'm having a panic attack that I'm pretty sure is a panic attack because I was anxious BEFORE my chest started hurting, but my pulse is climbing and my blood pressure is dropping and I'm super dizzy and sweaty and thinking, "Maybe I do need to go to the ER?"
Fairly frustrated at the moment.
(P.S. - I intentionally did not talk about WHICH symptoms she said were a red flag, because I don't want to derail anyone else. I don't think I've seen anyone else mention at least one of the symptoms in their posts.)
