I have been dealing with anxiety and depression for 31 years. I would feel keyed up and unable to rest and relax. At times it was constant and could go on for days.
Medication and/or therapy are two ways to
effectively treat anxiety and its mental and physical issues. Therapy worked
wonders for me and my depression and anxiety problems. I advocate for therapy
as well as talking about your problems with your family and friends . Make an
appointment as soon as possible so that you can get on your way to feeling
better.
