Well I've been having this pain in my leg last night and then again for like all of today and I'm worried about
having a blood clot or something. The pain is in my inner thigh and it's starting to worry me. Before the pain was in my chest and then my arm now it's my leg. I hope it subsides like the other pains have more or less but it's still freaking me out for the time being. Can anyone relate?

Yes! I have pains all over my body.
Honestly, I don't think that it's a blood clot. Pain isn't normally the first symptom, I don't think. (PLEASE, don't google.)
If the pain doesn't subside shortly, check in with your doctor.
Conversely, try your coping mechanisms, breathing exercises and if you have a medicine for breakthrough anxiety, a dose of that. Try to really focus on those breathing exercises. If the pain lessens, it's probably a good indication that this is anxiety related.
Hope you feel better soon!
(P.S. I have actually gone to the doctor thinking I had blood clots in my legs. Left with a script
for fluid pills and a condescending pat on the head. lol)

I already made the mistake of googling. I don't know why it almost never helps you know? For once though it kind of made me feel a little better as I don't have any swelling or any of the other things it said can come along with it. Just the pain...
I go back to the doctor in 4 days, 1 month since I initially went when I had chest pain and my first panic attack. It's so rough waiting but I just have to tough it out and hopefully this goes away.

lol! I understand, I google like crazy, too! And, yeah, it almost never helps. :)
My legs were very swollen, which is why they gave me the fluid pills, in addition to hurting. (That was a few years ago)
It's been about
a month and a half since my first attack. I went in for chest pain, too. So, I can definitely sympathize. If your leg pain gets too bad, you can call your doctor and they'll tell you if you need to come in. I really do think it's probably anxiety, though.

Since you're new to all of this, too - have you checked out the resources? There's some really helpful stuff there.

Xx,
If it helps...random pains are common with anxiety. Actually I don't think that the pains themselves are resulting from anxiety so much as they are noted, focused on and thus exacerbated by the anxiety.
Everyone has random pains and feelings of being 'off'. Our bodies are organic and imperfect and prone to things like this from time to time.
The difference is that anxious people tend to go on red alert
...whereas most people hardly note them.
We have had so many posts similar to yours where members have suspected a blood clot due to leg pain.
Would you like to guess how many turned out to be false alarms caused by anxiety?;p
I hope that you feel better soon. Keep posting!

I also have these kinds of pains from time to time and they eventually subside after the next few days. I have some in the thighs too like it has accidentally been hit but there are no bruises. When I press them they hurt, sometimes also when I walk. When it comes to chest and shoulder pains, they are like sharp or stabbing kind of pain. I also get pain in the back of my neck and base of my skull and they are like dull kind of pain. I have health anxiety and I never have these kinds of pains before that occur every once in awhile. I noticed they come out more when I'm very anxious and when I look or focus on them.
