Therapy went really good today.. I like her she listens to everything I have to say she also said she don't really want to stir up my past because she don't want me to feel worse nono I look forward to going next week turn

I am glad that you had a good session with your therapist! It is important to feel comfortable with whoever you are seeing, so that is great news.:)

Glad to hear you got the right help you needed. Sometimes not everything works out fine. I've heard a lot of people switched from different therapists and spent a lot of cash until they found the right one they can connect to. I'm happy you're on your way now to recovery.

yehaaaaaaaa, the therapy was successful today.  Remember everyday is not going to be a sunny day as therapy can be painful but don't pull back.  Put yourself out there and you will find therapy is rewarding for you.
