Long day

On top of fighting anxiety all day&working didn't get to sleep until after 6am back up at 11am to get ready for work,worked half the day&got wet in the rain storm after working in a hot store for 4& a half hours. Iam tired but I came home to play with my 9month old heavy niece,and she is chunky for her age to just now laying down after I put my pills in a pill thing so I can make sure I don't miss anything oops I forgot went to walmart to by food so all the eating out can stop. But back to the pills I brought the thing so I can stop missing my pills,and don't forget to take them when should. So hope that will get better& my head hurts like heck&after seeing picks on fb of happy ppl enjoying there life,I say that has to be me soon I think for a min of the woman that died from falling off ride at six flags&a witness says before take off the woman was asking about her belts because she didn't like how they where but she still got on ride not knowing death wss near,are did she feel something but was brave&bold&wouldn't give into fear whatever the answer I must say it's teaching in that,we know to live in the now&have faith that God will send a new day. I know Iam tired of living in fear this unwanted fear because I don't desire it to stay,are do I want it to stay truth is we must lean on our faith that higher powerost ppl put their trust in for greater&bettet. Even when it's sad as heck a how short life is,no one will ever understand this but we must learn to except it the best way we can.,And stop loseing time in fear because it's not cool to have this sickness eat a way at us bit by bit,you know I give my best to overcome this problem but know I also must let go this aint easy and it's easier said then done,because so many live to live&love the life they live good&bad&some don't have any strength to let go& desire to live strong&healthy and thats what I want to be more stronger and healthy then Iam&I just need a full head to toe catch up¬ jut do bit by bit one by one,and I must trust that everything is well even tho I stikl wonder wwhy dizzy spells&I can't help to think something major wrong in body trying to not stress but it gets hard at time.
