Say your affirmations as often as you can. Each time you notice that you have slipped into old limiting, negative patterns of thinking, acknowledge your thoughts, and replace them with an affirmation.
Some samples of positive affirmations:
I am happy
I am healthy
I can control my anxiety
I will stay in the moment not letting worries about the future take over my thinking.
You can do this so don't underestimate yourself.
