aweful day

I am so sorry that you are feeling so bad.:(

What antibiotic did you say that you were on? I ask because there are some that can cause depression/anxiety symptoms to be worse...or to render A/D meds less effective.  I think that I remember reading about this.

I am going to do a search for you here on antibiotics and reactions with A/D, A/D meds...

I am confident that you will start to feel well again! It could be some of the medications you are taking, I hope that you call the doctors office like you said, if you need advice, as it could be just as well to check. (I hope they don't charge you money for this)

I've posted in the depression forum myself today, and actually accidently, as I think I meant to post here! either way though, if you'd like to post there as well as here, I cross over sometimes and post in other forums, like with my 'twitchy eye' thing in the allergies etc. forum, 'twitchy eye' since stopped.

I got extremely upset at work today too, knowing also since friday that I would have a lot to do.

I think there might be something to be said about adjusting to work after the weekend, but obviously there can be a lot of other things going on too, which can ultimately influence how one feels.

I hope that you feel better soon!

If it makes you smile, I'm not sure if this will work; I looked aweful after crying today, I'm getting used to my mascara disappearing, whoops! but really though, I think it's healthy to have a cry now and again, but as a regular thing, I understand it can be unsettling.

I hope that you find the evening relaxing. Much needed rest for BeRock I think. I'm thinking of the calming zone you once talked of created/created for yourself at your place.

Wow, I didn't realize antibiotics could make it worse. I've been sick pretty much the whole time depression has been raring its ugly head. Quite a number of them. This is the most I've been on 875mg of Amoxicillin 2x day. Infections seem to just be parading through my body.

Most of the threads here were for other antibiotics, but I searched it online and found a lot of stories of amoxicillin aggravating anxiety, panic attacks and depression.

My husband is insisting we go back together sometime this week, so I guess we'll ask her about it then. We were supposed to go today, I took a 1/2 sick day for the infections, but I didn't go. Spent my free time in bed crying. lol

Hey guys! Thank you all for your encouragement!

I'm dragging myself through work today, but getting through none-the-less.

Funny thing about this Klonopin - I feel my mind in full on panic mode, but my body seems to say, "Nope, not today." The physical symptoms are very limited. Still a little shaking, still stumbling, but breathing just fine. So that's great.

Now, if I could get the depression to a similarly manageable level. All day, I've had to tell myself, "you HAVE to have your job. Just going home and crying just isn't an option."

Sigh...

I'm so thankful for you guys. I've got my poor husband worried sick. :/
