I keep having these chest like medium size like lighting sensations in chest over my sternum and right breast? Wth is it

It's definitely not your heart, but the human body is not an organ that never feels pain, it could be anything from gas, to a pulled
muscle.

Bret do you ever use Ibuprofen its really good for pain, but not
a narcotic.
