burning sensation in back

Been havin a burnin sensation in my neck that travels to my back and down my arms. Almost convinced dat its not anxiety and dat something may b wrong wit my spine cuz if I stretch or adjust my sittin position da sensation goes away...I think? But dis didn't start happenin until AFTER my first panic attack. This is gettin on my nerves!!

Ray, please trust me, its PAD. Once you accept it you will be able
to use different resources to start fighting back, you will kick PAD's azz to the curb, it wont happen over night but everytime it
trys to take you down and you beat it you will get stronger, at
some point you will realize that you are no longer afraid of what if's, you will start to win be at peace.
