I am sorry to hear of your losses, and employment ups and downs. These issues understandably bring on anxiety and disrupt emotional stability.
However, you did mention that for a long time, things were going well, with little problems concerning anxiety.
This is good news, because it does show that you can get back to that place! What were the things that helped you then? It may have been that things were just less stressful at that time...but you may also be able to pinpoint something that was helpful to you...an activity that you enjoyed, or maybe you were practing coping exercises, ect...
Reaching out here is great, but if you are feeling isolated, perhaps looking for a support group to attend would be a good idea. Or maybe just getting out socializing, or learning a new activity could help you to feel more connected and less stressed.
Looking into your local community center, church or YMCA type activity center could be a good idea.:)
