You may need to find a way to look at food like bodybuilders do.
They don't eat yummy food - they ingest fuel. Just like putting gas in your car.
You know approximately how much food you need to eat healthy, so go all Nike like and "just do it." Just like brushing your teeth, washing your face, etc. Anxiety really can make food uninteresting.
As far as it making you feel sick, you'll need to experiment with different (somewhat healthy) foods until you find some that don't make you feel as sick. Since it's summer, I'm thinking cool foods would be helpful. Protein shakes? Green shakes? Fresh fruit? Greek yogurt?
Also, sometimes it's helpful to break your food into small bites throughout the day. I used to do that when I was chronically ill. For example, I would make a turkey sandwich on a saucer, then slice it into about ten little pieces. Stick the whole thing in the fridge, and pop one or two pieces in my mouth when I was able. By the end of the day, you've at least had a whole sandwich. A little food is better than none.
Also, are you able to tolerate drinks? (If not, you may need to check with your PCP that you're not dehydrated.) If you can comfortably enjoy drinks, look for ways to pack them with nutrition. There are hundreds of meal replacement drinks available. There are even some that are not dairy-ish. This is another place bodybuilders come to mind - check out some of the websites that sell nutrition supplies for those guys.
(Sorry for all the bodybuilding references, three IFBB pros in the family. lol)
