You know you have anxiety when your bedtime routine is as follows:
Brush teeth
Wash face
Check pulse
Check blood pressure
Let dogs out one last time
Check pulse
Check blood pressure
Let dogs in
Check on kids
Check pulse
Check blood pressure
Lay down in bed with rapid heart beat:
Check pulse one more time
High pulse so you:
Check blood pressure
And on and on. Bed time total::: 2 hours

We laughed, between checking all the doors one more time, lets see thats 99 yea, making sure no one
has stole our cars, look outside for a peeping tom, "he'd be blind"! But I'm gettin better! Peace

I can relate on this one one of the worst things I did was buy a blood pressure machine lol.

Lol lmbo to funny I must have laugh out loud at the first check pulse,lol I use to do this in the afternoon. But I did stop&got better may check BP every blue moon just to let myself no Iam ok,and you will get better too best of luck to you hun&have a good night.
