Hey guys

Hello again it has been a bit since I have posted on here so I suppose an update is in order. You'd think that when one doesn't post on here for awhile that they are doing well right? Well not really for me I have been fighting but still struggling mainly in gym. Today I was having palpitations left and right even when I bend over. Started to breath heavily on a warm up lap that was only 1/8 of a mile. Even started to breath harder by just doing lunges. Legs are pretty dang sore but I got through it. Anxiety very well may be taking a part in this but it's not enough for me right now and cant tolerate it. So I have talked with my mom and am going back to the doctor at some point they will call back for my appointment tomorrow. And I will do whatever the doctor sees fit although I would prefer to have some testing done again to be absolutely safe. Like I have said before I want to make this year a great year but I am off to a bad start with gym and what not. That is my biggest obstacle. I am a lot stronger now and knowledgable in the anxiety field but I just need a little boost to get me going again and that is the doctor. Better to be safe than sorry right? I got tested about 4 months ago but it's a new school year and a brand new start for me. I don't know what to expect from the doctor when I go. I just ask for your guys prayer so I can get through the week and that everything inside me is still good and healthy even though it may not feel like it to me now. I have a plan after my visit to the doctor as long as all is well with me. And perhaps make some life style changes to assure myself that nothing will change because of the good choices I make. I want to keep my body healthy to live a full life. And as long as I get good news I will make it happen.
