Please help! Celexa effects...

I started celexa three days ago. Felt totally fine the first two days. I'm on a dose of 10mg. Today is day 3, I'm extremely panicky, feeling like my insides are on fire every couple of mins. Have you experienced this? Does it go away? My pharmacy is close right now.

Good morning Lindsey, I am on celexa as well and I missed two doses because i have not yet been to the pharmacy and yes i am experiencing that same thing. But hope you feel much better.

Lindsay,

I am sorry to hear that you are having s/e issues. While it is not unusual to have an increase of anxiety when first starting an SSRI...I think that the skin burning sensation is worth talking to your doctor about to rule out any allergy issue.

I hope that you get the answers that you need soon, and are on your way to feeling better soon.
