There is nothing going on right now. I have completed everything that needed to get done this weekend. I just wanted to sit down and read a book, but my heart is racing and I feel panicky. This is so annoying! I have a psych appointment in a week and I was really hoping I could report that everything is fantastic. It doesn't seem to matter what I do, I still have panic attacks that blindside me out of nowhere. Just needed to vent a little.

It's ok Lani I understand, I still do the same thing I've just learned to ignore them but I have been at
this crap a long time and it takes a while to get to this point. I learned that its louder depending on which way one turns their head, I find the least annoying way and try to keep my head that way.
This is nothing new and You already know it will pass just do what ever you intended to and stay focused
on the story or what ever you are reading. I send You Peace!

You can still give that good report la5ni!

You can tell your p-doc that though you had a panic attack, you reached out, did not let is derail you for long, and moved on.;)

Setbacks happen...healing is not always a linear line.  If your recovery takes a detour, as all of our have at some point...then learn some acceptance from this experience...and that is progress!!

Here's to getting back on track, and being stronger than ever.
