Hello. Thank you both for the responses. I didn't sleep my first day at all and I felt terrible. I fell asleep early that night though and woke up at 8 the next day! :) I think these classes are really going to help my sleep, as long as my anxiety doesn't keep me awake. Something i'm afraid of though still is my communication skills being really bad. Tomorrow is my third day of school and an instructor already made a comment about
how quiet I am! That makes me worried because I don't want people to think I have bad social skills or don't care, but I haven't been in a classroom for almost four years now and also don't talk to people often, so i'm kind of worried about
that.
