I had an epiphany a couple of weeks ago. Here is my revelation. We are not alone. Every single person in the world has anxiety. It is hard wired in our brains from a time when we weren't the top of the food change. The only difference between us and everyone else is that we let our anxiety take ahold. I want you to do something for me. Can you remember what you had for breakfast last Friday? I bet you can't. Now can you remember a time in your life when you were in pain? I think we all can.
Our brain is a super computer. Faster then any modern computer, able to store massive amounts of information. Yet we can't remember something from last week. The key factor is pain. Our brain associated something that happened to us, that triggered our primal instincts to run, and now when it senses the lest bit of trouble that reminds it of that time...boom hello anxiety attack. I know it seems like and I probably am rambling. But we as anxiety just need to either restart or add a program to our super computer to help it out.
I know for a fact we all wish we could just stop our anxiety from ever bothering us and hindering our quality of life. All we need is to just stay the course, help each other out, learn how to program our computers and just take it one day at a time.
I know I probably didn't make sense with what I was writing, but I hope you get the main points of it. Love ya'll and of course...
