Oh my gosh that's horrible hearing this from someone else:( I go through the same thing. I wake up every morning thinking its my last day and that is justa horrible way to live. I've been to the emergency room 6 times already for that as well. What I do to make things a little better is I'll look at the time. Yupp...as soon as my "feeling of dying" starts I'll look at the time. And later on I'll look at it again and say "hey, it's been 8 hours of this heart attack and I'm not on the floor." kinda eases my mind and makes me see both the reality side and the anxiety side. Just know that you are not going to die, it's all your mind playing tricks on you. If you want, try lorazepam, it's an anxiety medication. You can take it twice a day as needed. It really does help calm you down, fast acting too! I hope you feel better soon!
