Dry eyes could be anything form allergy to medication side effects. If it is really uncomfortable, you can pick up an OTC such as Natural Tears for relief.

Sleep issues are common with anxiety! What have you tried so far for a better night's sleep? Many people, again, use OTC meds, or talk to their doctor about an Rx.

If you want to go the natural route, coping skills such as PMR and breathing/relaxation exercises before bed are helpful. Melatonin is known for being a natural and effective sleep inducer. L-Theanine and Gaba are also calming suppliments that some find helpful.

Exercise, though not right before bedtime is great, as is turning off devices before attempting to sleep. The lights from t.v., computers phones and tablets are thought to disrupt natural circadiun rhythms.

My daughter has had good results with binaural beats, soundwave therapy that can be found on youtube, or downloaded as an app.
