I am sorry that you had an attack ray.:(
I know that it is dissapointing after having had so many good days...
However, it is just a detour in your healing journey, and it happens to all of us at some time.
It is good that you didn't rush off to the ER...for whatever reason...this is making progress!
Having the thought that you did is not considered sad. I don't find it discouraging, as much as logical. It is okay to accept that we only have so much control over the things in our lives. It is actually healthy to recognize that...and then let the rest of the worry over trying to control things out of our power, go!
It is pretty freeing really. I found a lot of my healing happened when I gave up trying to micromanage everything...including illness and death, my phobias.
Ulimately we choose to let it consume us, or we can choose to let it go.
I hope that you find encouragement in this, because that is the intent.
I think that you are doing great, and that things are getting better for you. It may be a different path than you had envisioned, but you are getting there none the less.
