Keep up your coping techniques, and imagine a good outcome when you feel nervous, or when you are dreading something. Even if it's your natural inclination to think negatively (as it is with most anxious people!) Keep up the positivity because you can re-train your way of thinking....and that automatically lowers anxious feelings!
