I crashed

It hurts my body my mouth and my head. It's just like I feel my body heavy or tired or something but nothing serious. I'm fine and the other person is fine. I'm gong to cover my expenses and the other person hers.

But this remind me of when my mom said that my uncle crashed and she (mom) took it like the end of society. She was almost crazy, she almost said it was a divine punishment because he said he was going to church and he didn't, she wasn't empathic with him or made him feel better, she was acting like it was a cause-consequence and he had to "pay". I was scared of that, and I had been thinking about it a lot. So of course I didn't call my mom to tell her. My anxiety is fine and I don't want anything to wake it up.

Do I have the money to fix my car? Nope. And I don't want this to cause me anything. I'll see.

I am really glad that you are allright. That is what is most important. Cars can be fixed, people, not so easily!

You may find that you can save a little here or there to have the repairs done later...or maybe you can have someone you know, or a friend of a friend who works on cars help out.

I think it is a good call to keep this to yourself. I know the difficulty that you have had with your mom...and judging from her reaction to your uncle's incident...it's probably best not to mention it. She has no need to know right? (the car is not hers/you're not on her insurance?)

Take time to decompress from this stressful event. Do some breathing and meditation to help get you centered and relaxed.

I am sorry you crashed and you are right, it is not the end of the world, nobody got hurt and the vehicles are repairable.

Keeping this to yourself is a fine decision as we don't have to go looking for anxiety and if you know your Mother well, which I am sure you do, you do not need any quilt laid on your shoulders.  You had an accident, and thankfully all is OK in your world.

I'm sorry you had an accident. Please don't feel bad. Accidents happen all the time. I'm glad you did not get too much damage. You will experience pain and you should take care of yourself. A car is repairable or replaceable but not you so take care of you.
