I believe anxiety in and of itself does not cause
acid reflux. From what I know, It can
cause the excess acid in the stomach, but to have it move up into the esophagus
is related more to the LES (sphincter/valve) not functioning properly which
results in the Gerd/acid reflux problem or burning sensation many people deal with.
Have you talk with your Dr. regarding this concern?
I am happy to read you are feeling better.
