Hello. You are definitely not alone on this one. I'm 26 years old and told by every Dr. I've ever seen that I am a very healthy young lady. All in the past year I've had 2 ekgs, a chest x-ray, blood work for literally everything, 2 CT scans, an MRI, worn a holter monitor, see my pcp every 2-3 and they've all chucked it up to anxiety. I'm still having terrible anxiety and heart palpitations more than normal, so I just made an appointment with yet another cardiologist/a heart and vascular unit. I am still not convinced that my heart is healthy like they say because it races and palpitates more than I personally think is normal. If I were looking at myself through other eyes I'd think I was healthy as ever. Anxiety can do so much mental and eventually physical damage. It really is a hard feeling to shake, sometimes feels impossible! I'm sorry you are going through this as well, keep your head up and just try to stay positive and keep busy to get through. (:
