Hi,

I hope all of you are well. I'm still stressed and have a virus to boot. (not a serious one though)

Still getting a long with things

You are not a burden...you are a friend...and we are always here for our friends:)

I am sorry that you are not feeling well. That always amps my anxiety up as well. Take good care of yourself, rest and recover.

Is there no way of going in person to the place you may have left your bag? If not, can someone else check on it for you? I wouldn't hesitate to just show up if need be...this is important to you!

I hope that your appointment goes well tomorrow. Is this an MD appoint or p-doc? Either way, I hope you get some comfort and reassurance that you seek.:)

Happy Bean,

Friends are never a burden because we are here to help each other and support one another.

When I have a day where my emotions are like a yoyo it is very uncomfortable but if I can get my mind on something else I am less likely to crack.

When I am not feeling well and cannot do the things that bring me happiness and pleasure throughout my day I find that my begin to feel very sad.  I keep trying to picture myself as being up and about the next day doing my normal activities of daily living.

Personally, I find it the opposite of being a burden.

When I'm feeling anxious, scared, frustrated, depressed,...and when I feel alone in my struggles,....hopping on here, interacting with other people, and finding that balance between being objective because we're "outside" each other's situation, but simultaneously being empathetic, because we know what it's like to be "inside" these lives of frayed nerves and living on the edge of trying to manage our mental health,....

....well, it's therapeutic. To know you're not alone, to know there are others our here who "get it" and "understand,"-- it makes you NOT a burden in the least, and in many ways, it helps bring life to the community as we both reach out for help, and lend a hand to offer help.

I've found HW to be invaluable in that regard. It may help to think of those many times when you've been the one to offer help and comfort when we're the ones feeling like we're breaking. This community is a two-way street, and we all walk hand-in-hand together.

Kitt, thank you! You have got me thinking. It is important to keep in mind the things to do to bring happiness and pleasure...I know myself that although on the whole I do often look at self improvement and getting the most out of things, sometimes I bypass the 'fun' thing, and I think that comes from laughter, I need to keep injecting humour into my world, I think it does us all good.

I hope that you have had a pleasant day, bringing you more encouragement here, in everything that you are going through :)
