So the last few days my left leg has been feeling restless same with my arm and my chest feels like its on fire and i'm nauseated should I be worried or is it my anxiety?? Help I can't sleep at night cuz of this

I have a restless leg as well! It jerks uncontroably at night, right as I am drifting off...so annoying! I try progressive muscle relaxation (Resources!) when this bothers me.

The buring chest feeling is most likely anxiety related as well. I have read a lot of posts on the subject, and sometimes my face get really hot when I am stressed.

Practice those coping skills. They do start to help given time and consistent practice.:)

Dear RS, I will not go into detail about symptoms, just want to share with you as I am a HA survivor,
and none of your symptoms are heart related, always do the therapy first when you feel self control
slipping away, most times its all you will need, Peace!
